Physician-Led Health Strategy
Chronos Med is a physician-led health strategy practice for high-performing individuals who want more high-quality years — and a clear, medically rigorous plan to get them.
The Problem
You've read the books. You've tracked the wearable data. You've ordered the labs. Maybe you've seen a specialist — or four. And yet: you don't have a plan.
Not a real one. Not one that accounts for your specific risks, your trajectory, your time horizon. Not one that tells you what actually matters for you — versus what's noise.
Standard medicine isn't designed to answer that question. It's reactive, organ-specific, and visit-based. It will catch what's already wrong. It won't tell you what's coming, what to do about it, or how to rank the thousand things you could do with your limited time and energy.
What you have
Information. Access. Motivation. More data than you know what to do with.
What you lack
A framework. A filter. A physician who will help you prioritize it all.
What that costs you
Compounding risk. Missed windows. The slow erosion of what matters most: time.
What Chronos Med Is
Not primary care. Not a wellness program. Not a supplement protocol or a concierge access service. Those exist. This is different.
Chronos Med occupies a specific gap in medicine: the space between a disease you don't yet have and the plan you need to keep it that way. It's medical strategy — comprehensive evaluation, rigorous interpretation, and a prioritized plan built around your risks, your values, and your time.
Not This
Traditional medicine — reactive, disease-focused, visit-based
This
Proactive, longitudinal, strategically oriented to your trajectory
Not This
Concierge medicine — access-driven, "call me anytime" convenience
This
Depth over access. A strategic relationship, not an on-call service
Not This
Wellness clinics — trend-chasing, supplement-heavy, protocol-driven
This
Evidence-based, physician-interpreted, individually calibrated
Think of it the way you think about a family office — but for your biological capital.
Who It's For
The right patient already takes ownership. They're not looking to be managed. They want a physician who matches their rigor — who will think at their level, tell them the truth, and help them act on it.
If you're looking for a quick fix, a supplement stack, or someone to make decisions for you, this isn't the right practice.
Founders, executives, investors, physicians. Used to making high-stakes decisions. Value expert guidance — but not hand-holding. Want a physician who thinks like a strategist.
They understand that small risks compound. That early action matters exponentially more than late action. That time is the real asset — and the only one that can't be recovered.
They've heard "everything looks normal." They've gotten fragmented opinions from multiple specialists with no synthesis. They know something's missing. It is: a strategic physician.
Overwhelmed by conflicting advice, endless optimization content, and too much data with too little context. They don't need more information. They need a trusted filter and a clear direction.
The Process
Three phases. One continuous relationship. Built around where you are, where you're headed, and what stands between you and the health trajectory you want.
Phase 01 — Foundation
Before any strategy, you need an honest reckoning with your current state. Not a snapshot — a full-depth picture of where you are across every domain that matters for long-term health.
This is where most people discover the gaps between what they assumed and what the data shows.
Phase 02 — Strategy
The data means nothing without interpretation. The interpretation means nothing without prioritization. This is where Chronos Med's clinical depth — 20+ years in oncology and integrative medicine — translates into a strategy that's specific to you.
Not a list of everything you could do. A ranked, reasoned plan for what you should do, in what order, and why.
Phase 03 — Guidance
Health strategy isn't a one-time event. Trajectories shift. New data emerges. Priorities evolve. Chronos Med maintains an ongoing relationship — not to manage you, but to ensure the plan stays current and the course corrections happen when they should.
Light-touch accountability. Heavy-depth thinking when it matters.
The Philosophy
Medicine has a tendency to treat health as a destination — something you either have or you don't. Chronos Med operates on a different premise: health is a trajectory, and the decisions made in your 40s and 50s determine who you are in your 70s and 80s. These are the convictions behind that view.
Health isn't the goal. Time — and the quality of it — is. All clinical decisions flow from that premise.
What you do in your 30s, 40s, and 50s determines who you are in your 60s, 70s, and 80s. The window for leverage is earlier than most people think.
Exercise, nutrition, sleep, behavior — these are the dominant variables. The physician's role is to interpret and operationalize the 20% that requires clinical expertise.
Labs, scans, wearables, and genomics are inputs — not answers. Context and prioritization are what convert data into action.
Not organ-based. Not specialty-based. Cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, cognitive trajectory, cancer risk — they are interconnected and must be managed as a system.
The Physician
Founder, Chronos Med · Board-Certified Naturopathic Oncology
Most physicians who build healthspan practices come from internal medicine or functional medicine. I came from oncology. That difference is deliberate — and it shapes everything about how Chronos Med works.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with patients navigating one of the highest-stakes clinical situations medicine presents: cancer. I've watched what happens when biology shifts silently for years before becoming a crisis. I've seen the consequences of delayed action, fragmented care, and the absence of anyone thinking longitudinally across the full picture. That experience is the foundation of this practice.
In 2008, I founded Seattle Integrative Oncology, which has grown into the region's premier naturopathic oncology practice — and Providence Health's exclusive regional partner in the field. Over two decades, I've treated thousands of patients, trained the next generation of naturopathic oncologists, spoken at institutions including Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and the American Cancer Society, and served as a co-investigator on an NIH-sponsored outcomes study.
FABNO — Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology — represents the highest level of board certification in this specialty. It's held by fewer than 100 physicians in the country.
Chronos Med is the application of that clinical depth to a different question: not how to treat disease, but how to preserve the time and capacity you have — before the stakes become what I see every day across the hall.
Next Step
A Chronos Med consultation begins with a conversation — not a sales process. The goal is to understand where you are, what you're trying to protect, and whether this is the right fit. If it is, we'll build something together that most people never have: a real plan.
A note on fees
Chronos Med operates on a transparent, cash-pay fee structure — no insurance billing, no coding constraints, no administrative friction. There are two engagements: a comprehensive baseline evaluation, and an ongoing annual partnership for those who want continued strategic guidance.
Specific fees are discussed during your initial consultation, after we understand what you need and confirm this is the right fit. This isn't evasion — it's the same approach a trusted advisor takes before quoting scope. The fee reflects the depth of the work, not a visit count.
Labs and imaging ordered as part of your evaluation are billed separately and can be submitted to your insurance.
Initial ConversationAn in-depth discussion of your goals, your current health picture, and whether Chronos Med is the right fit. No obligation.
Comprehensive Baseline EvaluationPhysician-ordered evaluation across cardiovascular, metabolic, cancer risk, cognitive, and other domains. The foundation of everything that follows. Flat fee.
Your Strategic PlanA prioritized, medically rigorous plan specific to you — ranked by risk, time horizon, and your values. Not a list of options. A directive.
Annual Strategic PartnershipFor those who want ongoing guidance: recalibration, interpretation of new data, and course correction over time. Annual fee. Not visit-based.
